A 6.5 m³ mixer that loads its own aggregate, turns the drum 290°, and drives to the pour at 40 km/h.
The JBC-6.5 carries a 6.5 m³ mixing drum on a 290° hydraulic reaction frame. A Yuchai 6105 turbocharged engine rated 92-132 kW drives the unit through a ZL-428 power-shift gearbox (4 forward, 4 reverse). Top speed is 40 km/h and gradeability reaches 45°, so the machine can move between pours on public roads and climb onto unfinished embankments.
Dimensions are 8450×3050×4830 mm, wheelbase 2850 mm, curb weight 13000 kg. Drum geometric capacity is 9000 L at 16.5 r/min, giving 6.5 m³ of concrete per batch. Fuel tank 342 L, hydraulic system 254 L, water tank 1300 L with time-relay water supply. Main hydraulic components are imported. Because the bucket loads itself, you do not need to hire a wheel loader, a stand-alone mixer, or a concrete transport truck for the same pour.
Engine and hydraulic package tested together before the machine leaves the line.
turbocharged engine, 92-132 kW, with published power and fuel curves so you can size the machine against your daily pour volume
main hydraulic components, brand list and 2-year warranty terms supplied with the quotation
drum rotation for side discharge without repositioning the machine
One operator loads, mixes, and pours without calling in a loader or a concrete truck.

Sites where bringing in three machines does not pay.
Ask for the 3D drawings, operation manual, and spare parts list — they are free — and check the machine against your site access and pour schedule before you commit.

Request the datasheet for the complete table, including hydraulic component brands.
What actually comes off the site when one machine does all three jobs.
| Factor | Loader + Mixer + Truck | JBC-6.5 |
|---|---|---|
| Machines on site | 3 or more | 1 |
| Loading | Wheel loader and operator | Self-loading bucket, same operator |
| Mixing | Stand-alone mixer to set up and power | On-board 6.5 m³ drum |
| Transport | Concrete truck, booked per pour | Self-propelled, 40 km/h |
| Discharge | Chute position fixed by truck angle | 290° hydraulic rotation |
| Fuel | Three engines burning | One engine, published fuel curve |
The questions contractors and dealers ask most often.
Lead time? 25-30 days for a standard build. In-stock SKUs dispatch in about 7 days — ask which units are on the floor.
MOQ and OEM? One unit. Logo and color changes accepted, with sampling and production dates written into the order.
Documents? CE/ISO, 40 km/h road registration, and customs clearance set. Extra inspections quoted on request.
Spare parts? Regional warehouses hold common wear items, 48-hour response target. Send the part number and we check local stock before shipping.
