The CPC35C is a 3.5-ton four-wheel-drive rough terrain forklift. Overall size 3800×1850×2600mm, curb weight 4500kg. It takes either a Quanchai 496 or Xichai 490 China IV engine at 36.8kW, runs on 20.5/70-16 lug tires, and turns inside a 3200mm radius on a 2200mm wheelbase. Mast lift height is 3m, 4.5m or 6m. Top speed 30km/h. The 4WD chassis and lug tread are the reason it keeps working in mud, on ramps and across gravel yards. We build to order: standard configuration leaves the line in 25-30 days, a 40HQ holds 2 units, and we ship with CE, ISO, emission certificate, CO and packing list. OEM/ODM and mixed-container loading can be quoted against your configuration.

How long from deposit to a CPC35C leaving the factory?
25-30 days for a standard build. If you add a non-standard mast or attachment, we confirm the date in writing with the order. After deposit you get a production tracking link that updates as the unit moves through weld, paint and test.
Can I load two units in one 40HQ, and can I mix models?
Yes, a 40HQ takes 2 units of CPC35C. MOQ is 1 unit. Mixed loading with another model or with attachments is possible, but the combination changes how many fit, so send the full list and we will return a loading plan before you book freight.
Will the China IV engine clear customs in my country?
Both the Quanchai 496 and Xichai 490 meet China IV. Tell us the destination country and we send the matching emission compliance list plus the certificates we can supply. We do this check before production, not after the container ships.
Do Toyota or Nissan parts fit the CPC35C?
The machine uses standard interfaces, and a number of consumables such as filters, brake components and tires cross over to common Toyota and Nissan rough terrain models. Send us the part numbers you already stock and we will return a cross-reference list.
What does the warranty cover and how fast are parts?
12 months on major components. A spare parts kit is kept in stock for 48-hour dispatch, and after-sales questions are answered within 48 hours. We can share service case references from your region on request.
Which documents come with the shipment?
CE, ISO, emission certificate, certificate of origin and packing list, issued as one set. If your country needs an extra declaration, tell us at order stage so it is prepared with the rest.
