What is the difference between laser SLAM and QR code navigation?
Laser SLAM reads walls, pillars and racking to work out where the truck is, so you do not install reflectors. It suits aisles where pallets and people move around. QR code navigation reads floor-mounted codes and holds docking repeatability to about ±5 mm, which is what you want at conveyor and station docking points. The same truck can use SLAM in open aisles and QR code at docking stations.
How do I check compatibility with my WMS, WCS or ERP?
We send a compatibility checklist before the quote: which system runs scheduling, what protocol it speaks, and who triggers the task. RESTful API, MQTT and Modbus TCP are the common ones. Our engineers join your integration test and stay on the call until the first live pallet moves.
What is the lead time for standard and customized models?
Standard models ship in 15 days from order confirmation. Customized scheduling systems or docking solutions take 30 days. Both dates go into the contract, and you get weekly production photos plus a shipping schedule.
Can you check whether the AGV fits my aisle before I order?
Yes. Send aisle width, pallet size, load weight, lift height and a simple layout sketch. We run a simulation and return a report showing the model, turning clearance and route speed. This is free and takes about 3 working days.
What about spare parts and after-sales support?
Spare parts are held for 10 years. Local service response is within 48 hours; remote diagnostics handle most issues the same day. If a site visit is needed, we arrange it and confirm the date in writing.
Can the AGV run in cold storage or cleanroom conditions?
Cold storage down to -25°C uses a cold-store kit: heated sensors, low-temperature lubricant and a battery heater. Cleanroom builds to ISO Class 7 are available too. Tell us the temperature range or cleanroom class in the enquiry and we quote the correct option.
Which safety certifications come with the AGV?
The AGV is CE marked and built to ISO 3691-4. Third-party test reports for the safety bumpers, obstacle avoidance and emergency stop can be downloaded before you place the order.
