High-Voltage Lithium Electric Empty Container Stacker

The H90EC-8-XHJG is an empty container stacker built around a 9,000 kg rated load at a 1,220 mm load centre. It stacks eight tiers of 8'6" containers and seven tiers of 9'6" containers, with maximum twist-lock height at 21,270 mm. The spreader runs a mechanical and electrical dual twist-lock protection circuit, backed by lift interruption control, seat sensing and vehicle speed limiting. The mast uses high-strength steel in an ultra-wide layout with rear high-mounted tilt cylinder points, which cuts sway at full stack height. The cooling management system adjusts intensity by ambient temperature and load; a large-margin cooling pack covers 45°C ports with a 0.95 derating factor. Certified to CE, ISO 3691 and EN 1459. Standard build ships in 60 days with production tracking, and adapters are available for Kalmar, Linde and Hyster fleets.

H90EC-8-XHJG units work empty stacks in port terminals, container depots and rail yards. In Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa ports the cooling margin keeps rated load available through the hot shift. In depots, the 6,000 mm turning radius and 24 km/h travel speed shorten the loop between stack rows. Travel and lift speeds: 24 km/h full or empty, 550 mm/s loaded, 620 mm/s empty, with 22% gradeability at full load.

How does cooling hold up at 45°C?
The cooling management system raises fan and pump output as ambient temperature and load rise, so the drive, hydraulics and battery pack reach their working range faster and stay there. In 45°C ambient testing the machine held rated load at a 0.95 derating factor. We supply the thermal performance curve with the datasheet so you can check it against your site's summer peak.
Which certifications come with the machine?
CE, ISO 3691 and EN 1459. Certificate copies and the third-party load test report ship with the documents package. The twist-lock dual protection, lift interruption control and speed limiting functions are each written into the operation manual with test procedures.
What happens when a part fails?
