Short wheelbase, turning radius from 1800 mm. Built for railcar spotting, not showrooms.
A Series 1.5-3.0 Ton Railway Special Short Wheelbase Internal Combustion Forklift is built around one constraint: rail freight yards do not give you room to turn. The short wheelbase, 1800 mm minimum turning radius (CPCD15-XG98F-DZ), and 2096–2435 mm length without forks are matched to railcar spotting, container transfer, and narrow aisle loading. Standard power is the Bosch-Xinchai high-pressure common rail engine, meeting GB20891-2014 China IV with a documented 10% fuel saving over baseline diesel units. Load-sensing multi-way valve lifts faster under load. Models: CPCD15-XG98F-DZ (1.5T), CPCD18-XG98F-DZ (1.8T), CPCD20-XG92F-DZ (2.0T), CPCD25-XG92F-DZ (2.5T), CPCD30-XG92F-DZ (3.0T). Third-party emission and fuel consumption test reports available for compliance review.
High-pressure multiple injection for stronger output, lower smoke, and dependable cold starts.
Third-party emission and fuel consumption test report can be issued with the order for customs and fleet compliance review.
Fuel comparison curve and test data supplied so your maintenance team can verify the number before committing a fleet.
5T, 2035 mm on the 3.0T. Length without forks runs 2096–2435 mm, which is the number you need when the dock aisle is already fixed.
A comparison curve and load-cycle test data, not a brochure claim.

Loading, unloading, and transfer work in rail freight and intermodal sites.
From rail sidings to intermodal yards, the A Series is specified for cargo transfer where lifting speed and cooling headroom decide throughput. Loaded lifting speed reaches 600/620 mm/s on the 2.0–2.5T models.
The aluminum plate-fin radiator uses optimized heat dissipation channels, and the dual-hole ventilation counterweight improves airflow through the engine bay, which matters when the machine works continuous shifts in summer or under a canopy.

Five models, with the parameters that actually differ called out.
| Model | Rated Load (kg) | Min. Turning Radius (mm) | Length w/o Forks (mm) | Max Lifting Speed Loaded (mm/s) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CPCD15-XG98F-DZ | 1500 | 1800 | 2096 | 570/590 |
| CPCD18-XG98F-DZ | 1800 | 1830 | 2131 | 570/590 |
| CPCD20-XG92F-DZ | 2000 | 1925 | 2297 | 600/620 |
| CPCD25-XG92F-DZ | 2500 | 1990 | 2362 | 600/620 |
| CPCD30-XG92F-DZ | 3000 | 2035 | 2435 | 480/490 |
Note the trade-off: the 3.0T carries the most, but its loaded lifting speed drops to 480/490 mm/s and its turning radius grows to 2035 mm. If your aisle is tight and loads stay under 2.5T, the 2.5T is usually the better fit. Request the model selector guide and we will run your numbers.
