WHB-300 Type Lime-Soil Mixer (Soil Sieving Machine): The batching and metering assembly adopts belt flow-type metering, featuring accurate batching and convenient operation and maintenance. The production efficiency can be adjusted within a certain range via the gate plate below the discharge outlet (a screw rod adjusts the valve opening height). A screen is installed above the hopper to prevent oversized main and auxiliary materials from entering. Mixing and screening adopt a continuous rotary self-falling drum type, with strong separation capability and high mixing uniformity; the screened particle size is ≤15mm. A side-wall vibrator is installed on the side wall of the loess hopper to prevent arching. The front and rear frames of the external secondary conveyor are hinged, and it can be hoisted to a vertical position during transport.
