The horizontal cement silo adopts a square container-style design. The silo body is welded from corrugated steel plates (3-5mm thick) and channel steel frames, with compressive strength of over 20kPa, capable of bearing 50-200 tons of material weight. The bottom integrates 3-6 sets of square cone discharge outlets, each equipped with a manual discharge valve and a horizontal screw conveyor (diameter 219-325mm), with discharge speed of 15-30 tons/hour and mixing uniformity ≥95%; a pneumatic arch-breaking system is installed inside the cone (pressure 0.4-0.6MPa, solenoid valve controlled compressed air pulse release), effectively preventing cement caking and blockage. Specifications cover 30T/50T/60T/80T/100T/150T/200T (including single-layer, double-layer, and double-layer square silos), discharge height 1-2m, and overall dimensions ranging from 3×3×3.2m to 13×3×4.7m. Also available in片状 (shipped in sections, assembled on site) cement silos, reducing transportation costs and facilitating long-distance logistics.
