The vertical cement silo consists of a steel structure silo body, climbing ladder, guardrail, feeding pipe, dust collector, pressure safety valve, high and low level indicators, discharge valve, etc.; channel steel ribs are provided at the outer hoop reinforcement of the silo body to enhance the load-bearing capacity and improve sealing stability. The bottom is supported by round pipe legs (Φ114/Φ133/Φ159) or spiral pipe legs (Φ219/Φ273, combined spiral legs); for large silos, combined load-bearing legs are optional, and a double-cone discharge outlet can be customized to increase discharge speed and enable one silo for multiple uses. It covers a small area, has a simple structure and high cost performance, and is suitable for space-limited scenarios such as urban construction sites; the all-steel structure welding combined with the dust collector provides good sealing and less dust leakage. Capacity 30/50/100/150/200/500/1000/1500 tons, diameter 2.2-5.5m, total height 8.5-32m, equipment dead weight 3.2-45t; the dust collector ranges from electric vibratory type to high-efficiency pulse/high-efficiency filter cartridge type, arch breaking ranges from manual butterfly valve + air blowing to dual-circuit/multi-point air blowing arch breaking, and the level indicator ranges from high and low position sensors to an intelligent level system; foundation dimensions refer to 2.5×2.5m to 10×10m.
