How do I know the engine is a real Yuchai 4108 and not a copy?
We photograph the engine nameplate and the factory certificate for your specific unit before it leaves the yard, and the photos go into the shipping documents. If the plate, power rating or engine number does not match the order, you do not release the balance.
Can the 270° rotating drum be serviced locally, or does it have to come back to you?
The swivel joint, hoses and drum drive use standard hydraulic components listed on the brand sheet we send with the quote. A local hydraulic shop can handle routine service. We supply the maintenance cycle table and parts numbers, and our after-sales team answers within 48 hours.
What is the actual lead time, and what happens if it slips?
Standard JBC-4.0B units ship 15–25 days after order confirmation. OEM paint and logo orders run 30–40 days. You get the production schedule at confirmation and a weekly photo update; if we miss the agreed ship date, we tell you the reason and the new date in writing rather than going quiet.
Do you sell parts for JBC mixers we already own, even if we did not buy them from you?
Yes. Send the model and a photo of the part and we will check it against our compatible parts list for JBC series machines. Common wear items — drum blades, seals, hydraulic hoses, swivel joints — are usually in the overseas warehouse.
What is the minimum order, and can we start with one unit?
MOQ is 1 unit for the standard machine. Custom paint and logo start at 2 units. One unit is enough to test the machine on your sites before you add more to the fleet.
Does the 40° gradeability figure hold with a full drum?
The 40° figure is measured on a test slope with the machine in working condition, and we can send the video. Your real limit depends on surface, load and tyre condition — send us your site conditions and we will tell you honestly whether the JBC-4.0B fits or whether you need a different model.
Which certifications come with the machine?
CE and ISO documentation is provided with the shipment, and third-party test reports are available on request. For specific markets we can discuss additional compliance requirements before the order is placed.
How is the machine shipped, and who handles customs at our end?
We ship by container or flat rack depending on your port and quantity, and quote FOB against your destination port. We provide the full export documentation package; your forwarder handles import clearance. Tell us the port and we will confirm the loading method and cost.
