WBZ300T through WBZ800T covers 300, 500, 600 and 800m³/h theoretical output. Four aggregate bins at 8m³ each, 3.5m discharge height, mixer motors from 55kW to 110kW. The batching system handles soil, sand, lime, cement and fly ash with aggregate at ±2% and cement at ±1% — tolerances we write into the sales contract and back with a factory calibration report.

Stationary units need a concrete foundation and suit highway sections above 500t/h. Mobile units carry wheels and tow behind a tractor unit, 300-500t/h, 2-3 days to relocate. WBZ300T or WBZ800T — how do I choose between them?

WBZ300T runs 300m³/h on a 55kW mixer motor and 98kW total power; it fits mid-size contracts and sites that move. WBZ800T runs 800m³/h on a 110kW motor and 315kW total power; it fits expressway sections where the plant stays put for a year or more. Tell us the monthly tonnage and whether the site relocates, and we send the matching model with the comparison sheet.

Stationary or mobile — what does relocating actually cost and take?

Mobile plants carry wheels and tow behind a tractor unit; relocation takes about 2-3 days including disassembly of the discharge section. Stationary plants sit on a concrete foundation and are not designed to move. The cost difference is mostly transport plus foundation work on the stationary side. We send a transfer time and cost sheet so you can compare against your contract schedule.

Which brands are inside the control and weighing system?

Load cells are Mettler-Toledo class, PLC is Siemens. The quotation includes a brand list and a compatible spare parts table so you can cross-reference what you already stock. Common wear parts sit in our depot for 48-hour dispatch.

Is the ±2% / ±1% accuracy guaranteed in writing?

Yes. Aggregate ±2% and cement ±1% go into the sales contract, and each plant ships with a factory calibration report. The batching controller logs the ratio in real time during continuous production.

What certification and packing come with export orders?

CE and ISO documentation, wooden crate or steel frame packing depending on unit size, and a detailed packing list for customs. We prepare the export document set with the shipment.

What is the lead time, and do you keep stock?

Standard models are 30-45 days from order confirmation. Some models are in stock and can ship faster. Send the model and destination port — we reply with the current stock status and sailing schedule.

Do you support installation and after-sales outside China?

We supply the foundation layout drawing and site adaptation check free of charge, and can send an engineer for commissioning. After-sales runs on 48-hour response with remote PLC debugging; common spare parts ship from our depot.

Can the plant work with a cement silo or fly ash silo?

Yes. The batching system accepts cement and fly ash silos, and we provide the interface drawing and screw conveyor specification. Send your silo capacity and we confirm compatibility before the order.
